Smiling Back At Me

morning bouquet_edited-1The sun warmed the dining room. This blossom brightened my morning. Beauty makes life sweeter, doesn’t it?

    1. One of the things I love about cut flowers is how they signify us giving ourselves permission to like & enjoy just because it’s beautiful. There’s no pretense that there’s also some functional value, like a beautiful piece of furniture or a gorgeous car. We give ourselves flowers because they give us happiness.
